Money in a shop is rarely stolen — it is simply never counted.
At close, the gap shows itself
The cashier counts the drawer, the system works out what it should be. If they differ, which receipts and whose shift is written right beside it.

The «Payment» column shows whether each receipt was cash, card or credit; for credit the outstanding balance is written beside it.

Create an account
An email and a password are enough. We do not ask for a bank card.
Tell us what you sell
Clothing, grocery, pharmacy… the system configures itself for the trade you pick — prescriptions for a pharmacy, sizes for clothing.
Move your catalog
Enter products one by one, or upload your existing Excel file as it is.
Open a shift
Ring up the first receipt. Stock and profit start counting from that moment.
Who are you handing the shop to?
These are not promises — they are how the system is built. Ask about any of them and we will show you.
Every shop is isolated separately
The separation is in the database itself, not in application code. One shop’s account cannot see another’s rows under any circumstances.
A backup every night
The database is archived automatically and the last 14 days are kept. Something deleted by mistake can be brought back.
The till does not stop without internet
Receipts queue on the device and sync themselves when the connection returns. No sale is lost.
History is not rewritten
Discounts, voids, price corrections — who and when. The line cannot be edited afterwards.
The data is yours
Export the catalog, the sales and the reports to Excel whenever you want. You are not locked in.
Three languages
Azerbaijani, Russian and English. Each employee picks their own — the shop stays one account.

None. We ask for no card details and set no deadline. The limit is volume only: 50 products, one branch, one user. Every module is open — stock, credit and reports work on the free plan too. When the shop grows, you change plan.
No. ERPway runs in a browser — the computer, laptop or tablet in the shop is enough. A barcode scanner and a receipt printer are optional but speed things up; ordinary USB models work.
No. The till keeps selling — receipts queue on the device and sync by themselves as soon as the connection is back.
Yes. Import your Excel or CSV file as it is — name, barcode, price, stock. The template downloads from inside the system and the columns are recognised automatically.
No — you decide. Each employee is granted access per menu section: a cashier sees the till and sales, while reports and cost stay closed. Any section opens and closes with one switch.
